    ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ನಡಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದೇ ಒಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಈಗ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 478 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡುವುದಾಗಿ ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಪ್ರಕಟಣೆ ಹೊರಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ಸುದ್ದಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಿಹಿ ಸುದ್ದಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ.

    ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಖಾಲಿ ಇರುವ ಒಟ್ಟಾರೆ 478 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಕನ್ನಡದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಬರೆಯಬಹುದು. ರಾಜ್ಯದ 12 ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಕೇಂದ್ರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ.

    ಬಳ್ಳಾರಿಯ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಹಾಗೂ ‌ಧಾರವಾಡದ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಕಾಸ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನೇಮಕ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಆಫೀಸ್ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಆಫೀಸರ್ ( ಸ್ಕೇಲ್ 1) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ‌ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.

    ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ 261 ಆಫೀಸ್ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ( ಮಲ್ಟಿ ಪರ್ಪಸ್) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ಮಾಡಲಿದ್ದು, ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿನ160 ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕಾಸ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 101 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿವೆ. 201 ಆಫೀಸರ್ (ಸ್ಕೇಲ್ -1) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ನಡೆಯಲಿದ್ದು, ಇದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 87 ಮತ್ತು ವಿಕಾಸ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ 130 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿವೆ.

    ಅರ್ಹತೆ : ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದವೀಧರರು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು. ಸ್ಥಳೀಯ ಭಾಷೆ ಓದಲು ಬರೆಯಲು ತಿಳಿದಿರಬೇಕು.

    ಆಫೀಸ್ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ 18 ರಿಂದ 28 ಮತ್ತು ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ 18 ರಿಂದ 30 ವರ್ಷ ದೊಳಗಿನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ವಯೋಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಎಸ್ ಸಿ/ ಎಸ್ ಟಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 5 ಮತ್ತು ಒಬಿಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 3 ವರ್ಷ ಸಡಿಲಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.

    ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಹಾಗೂ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ.

    ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎರಡು ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕುಗಳೂ ಒಟ್ಟು 478 ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ನೇಮಕ ನಡೆಸುವಂತೆ ಈ ಹಿಂದೆಯೇ ಐಬಿಪಿಎಸ್ ಬೇಡಿಕೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದವು. ಆದರೆ ಐಬಿಪಿಎಸ್ ನಿರ್ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯ ತೋರಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವಾಗುತ್ತಿತ್ತು. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳೇ ಇಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.

    ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು ಹೇಗೆ?: ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಮೂಲಕ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶವಿದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್‌ ಹೊರತುಪಡಿಸಿ ಬೇರೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಮೂಲಕ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಒಬ್ಬ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಆಫೀಸ್‌ ಕೇಡರ್‌ನ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು. ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೂ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿ ಅದೃಷ್ಟ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವಂತೆ ಇಲ್ಲ.

    ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ : ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಡಿಗ್ರಿ ಪಾಸಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಇದರ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಕೆಲವೊಂದು ಹುದ್ದೆಗೆ ಸಿಎ, ಎಂಬಿಎ ಪಾಸ್ ಮಾಡಿರಬೇಕು. ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಸಂದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರವೇ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅವಕಾಶ ಮಾತ್ರ ಇರುತ್ತದೆ.

    ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ : ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ / ಪಿಡ್ಬ್ಯುಡಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.175/-, ಇತರೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.850/- ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

    ಅರ್ಜಿ ಶುಲ್ಕ ಎಷ್ಟು?

    ಆಫೀಸರ್‌ (Scale I, II & III) ಮತ್ತು ಆಫೀಸ್‌ ಅಸಿಸ್ಟೆಂಟ್‌ (ಮಲ್ಟಿ ಪರ್ಫೋಸ್‌) ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಎಸ್‌ಸಿ/ಎಸ್‌ಟಿ/ಪಿಡಬ್ಲ್ಯುಬಿಡಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು 175 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಮತ್ತು ಉಳಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ೮೫೦ ರೂ. ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು.

    Common Recruitment Process for Recruitment of Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) – CRP RRBs X Website: www.ibps.in

    The online examinationsfor the next Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs X) for recruitment of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose) will be conducted by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) tentatively in August and September/ October 2021. The interviews for recruitment of Group “A”- Officers (Scale-I, II & III) under the same process will be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority tentatively in the month of November 2021.

    • Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed at (A) as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose), is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CRP for RRBs- X).
    • For the posts of Officers Scale I and Office Assistant (Multi-purpose) the examination will be two tier i.e. the Online Examination will be held in two phases, Preliminary and Main.
    • For the post of Office Assistant (Multi-purpose), candidates who will qualify in Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main Examination. They will be provisionally allotted on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the Main Examination and the vacancies reported by the RRBs.
    • For the post of Officers Scale I, candidates who will qualify in Preliminary Examination and shortlisted will have to appear for Main Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Main Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation with appropriate authority.
    • For the post of Officers Scale II (Generalist and Specialists) and Scale III, candidates will appear for Single Online Examination and shortlisted candidates in the Single Online Examination will subsequently be called for a Common Interview to be coordinated by the Nodal Regional Rural Banks with the help of NABARD and IBPS in consultation
      with appropriate authority.
