Read Carefully
- The applicants may visit Careers page of IPRC Website (iprc.gov.in) and download the Application Form.
- The applicants have to fill the Application Form neatly and correctly and attach self attested copies of the certificates regarding Date of Birth, Qualification, Reservation (if any), Previous Experience etc.
- The applicants have to bring the duly-filled Application Form alongwith ORIGINALS and copies of the Certificates in-person to
How to Reach?
- ISRO Propulsion Complex (IPRC), Mahendragiri, Tirunelveli District, Tamil Nadu between 08:00 Hrs and 10:00 Hrs on the stipulated date for submitting the application.
- The applicants have to carry a valid photo ID proof, viz. Aadhaar, Electoral ID etc. for security reasons, without which they will not be allowed to enter IPRC campus.
- Applications send through Post / Courier / by means of other individuals will not be entertained.
MODE OF SELECTION
The selection for Apprenticeship Training will be done purely based on the PERCENTAGE OF MARKS secured in the qualifying examination as entered by the candidates in the Application FORM. Hence any false or incorrect entry will automatically reject the candidature and the same will be viewed seriously and due action will be taken.
Note: For conversion of CGPA to Percentage, the CGPA shall be multiplied with 9.5
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- Selected candidates will be registered under Apprentices Act, 1961 for which they should execute a contract.
- Candidates will have to produce original proof for the details furnished in their applications as and when required.
- Applications without the requisite information will be summarily rejected.
- No interim correspondence will be entertained.
- CANVASSING in ANY FORM will be a disqualification.

Note This
- The period of Training will be One Year. However, the trainees will have no claim whatsoever for regular employment in ISRO
- Propulsion Complex or any other Units/Centres of ISRO/DOS, after completion of the training.
- The educational qualifications cited above for Technician / Graduate Apprentices should have been acquired from a University/Board recognized by AICTE.
- Candidates who have acquired Diploma / Graduation in Engineering in the years 2016, 2017, 2018 will alone be eligible to apply for training positions of Technician and Graduate Apprenticeship.
- Candidates belonging to any of the following category will not be eligible to apply for the Training positions:
- Candidates who have completed Sandwich course
- Ex-apprentices or Candidates who are currently undergoing apprenticeship in any organisation/firm
- Candidates who have joined for apprenticeship and have resigned before completion of training period
- Candidates with one year or more job experience in the relevant field either in Government / Public / Private sectors
HOW TO REACH IPRC, MAHENDRAGIRI
- IPRC, Mahendragiri is located near Kavalkinaru Junction which is about 22 kms away from Nagercoil in the Nagercoil–Tirunelveli
- National High Way. IPRC, Mahendragiri is about 500 mtrs away from Kavalkinaru Junction.
- For those candidates coming from Kerala & Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil is the nearest Railway Station. Lodging facilities are available in Nagercoil. Tamil Nadu State Transport Buses proceeding to Tirunelveli/Madurai are available from Vadassery Bus Stand, Nagercoil. All these buses pass through the Kavalkinaru Junction. Get down at this Junction.
- For those candidates coming from Other States & Other Districts of Tamil Nadu touching Tirunelveli, Tirunelveli New Bus Stand is 4 kms away from the Railway Station from where you will get Tamil Nadu State Transport Buses proceeding to Nagercoil. Get down at Kavalkinaru Junction which is 53 kms from the Tirunelveli Bus Station.
- After reaching IPRC Main Gate, show your Application Form and ID proof to the security personnel and they will guide you after ensuring usual security precautions.
