    ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ : ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಅಂಗೀಕೃತ ಯುನಿವರ್ಸಿಟಿ ‌/ ಇನ್ಸ್ಟಿಟ್ಯೂಟ್ ನಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದವಿಯನ್ನು 50% ಅಂಕಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಟೈಪಿಂಗ್ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಇರಬೇಕು. ಕ್ಲೆರಿಕಲ್ ಡ್ಯೂಟಿ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷ ಅನುಭವ ಇರಬೇಕು.

    ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 33 ವರ್ಷ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು. ಇಡ್ಬ್ಲುಎಸ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅನ್ ರಿಸರ್ವ್ಡ್ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ 28 ವರ್ಷ ಮೀರಿರಬಾರದು.

    ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಹತೆ : ಅಂಗೀಕೃತ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪದವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗಿರಬೇಕು. ಕನ್ನಡ ಭಾಷೆಯನ್ನು ಕಲಿತಿರಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೂ ಭಾಷಾ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು. ಕಂಪ್ಯೂಟರ್ ಅಪರೇಟ್ ಮತ್ತು ಅಪ್ಲಿಕೇಶನ್ ತರಬೇತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಜ್ಞಾನ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

    ವಯೋಮಿತಿ : ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಕೊನೆಯ ದಿನಾಂಕಕ್ಕೆ ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ಹದಿನೆಂಟು ವರ್ಷ ತುಂಬಿರಬೇಕು. ಹಾಗೂ ಈ ಕೆಳಕಂಡಂತೆ ಗರಿಷ್ಠ ವಯೋಮಿತಿಗೊಳಪಟ್ಟಿರಬೇಕು.
    ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಜಾತಿ/ಪರಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಪಂಗಡ/ಪ್ರವರ್ಗ – 1 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 40 ವರ್ಷ, 2a, 2b,3a, 3b ವರ್ಗಗಳ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 38 ವರ್ಷ, ಸಾಮಾನ್ಯ ವರ್ಗದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ 35 ವರ್ಷ ವಯೋಮಿತಿ ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

    ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ : ಸಂಘದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಕಚೇರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ರೂ.2000 ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
