Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has invited applicants for full-time BMTC apprenticeship training in the technical category for 2019. There are a total of 695 posts including Diesel Mechanic-530, Sheet Metal Worker-63, Welder-40, Fitter-52, Turner-10. The welder training period is 15 months and the training period for all the remaining posts is 2 years.

How to Apply: Eligible Candidates are required to attend the original Registration Examination which is scheduled to be held from 10.30 am to 5 pm on October 09, 2019 along with prescribed documents and applications. Candidates must attend one of the Xerox copies with the original.
Eligibility: Candidates must have an SSLC or equivalent qualification for all these apprenticeship Posts. ITI Students also eligible for participate.
Age Limit: The minimum 16 years and maximum age is 26 years.
Reservations: Reservation is given for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes in the ratio of 1: 7 and Scheduled Tribes in the ratio of 1:15.
* Candidates with ITI qualifications will be given a discount during the training period.
* Apprenticeship trainees are not required to reapply.
* Applicants for technical apprenticeship training must have good physical fitness.
* Those applying for more than one profession should apply for each separately
